The Service

Dark Sky Analytics provides AI-powered website analysis, ongoing monitoring, and traffic analytics. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages you submit, analyzes their content, and provides scored reports with recommendations.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You may not use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze.

Free and Paid Plans

Your first page scan is free with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: scan websites maliciously or without authorization, overload our systems with automated requests, or resell the Service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dark Sky Analytics provides website analysis and recommendations for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active accounts.
